Ceremony to commemorate ANZAC Day will be held by Mazenod Victory FC and the Waverley RSL at the Round 5 Senior Men’s fixture this Saturday 3pm against Mooroolbark SC at Mazenod College, 5 Kernot Ave Mulgrave (Reserves kick-off 1pm).
The service will incorporate the reading of the ode, the Last Post, a minute’s silence, Reveille and the national anthem, taking place prior to the kick off.
Purchase of pins and donation tins will also be handed around Mazenod College grounds throughout the day.
ANZAC Day 2018 marks the 103rd anniversary of the action by Australian, New Zealand and other Commonwealth troops in Gallipoli in 1915.
